Up for a challenge?

Here’s the thing. Even though I intentionally designed the More Life Workbook to be a stand-alone resource that can deliver powerful results all on its own… my guess is that you probably won’t complete it.

Going deep within yourself to find the answers is tough. Staying committed to the process when you’re in it alone can feel nearly impossible. I can give you all of the information and strategy and insight I have, but it’s ultimately useless if it doesn’t get integrated into your life.

And because I wholeheartedly believe that we grow best when we grow together, I’ve created a 4-week challenge to walk through the workbook together, providing those missing elements of support and accountability that are just impossible to deliver on paper.

The challenge is also completely free. Here’s what it looks like:

  • Accept the challenge and gain access to my private Discord Community (like Slack) where you can communicate with me directly, while also building community with other like-minded, intention-driven women.

  • Each week you'll get emails from me to prompt you through your journey, share some extra value, and most importantly, keep you accountable to the process. It should take you approximately 1 hour per week to complete the assignment.

  • Complete the challenge in its entirety and unlock a completely FREE one-on-one session with me, to further explore any topic you choose.

Essentially, with the workbook and challenge combined, this is as close as you can get to being my client, without actually being my client.
