Personal Training involves physical exercise guidance, workout programming, and related fitness advice.
Coaching focuses on personal development, mindset, and accountability. Coaching is not therapy or licensed mental health care.

Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You agree to participate voluntarily and assume all risks of injury or harm.
We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may result from following our advice, programs, or recommendations.
4.3 Results Not Guaranteed
Individual results depend on commitment, consistency, genetics, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Sales & Refunds
5.1 Digital Products & Services
All digital products (including ebooks, workout guides, and other downloads) sold through our webshop are non-refundable once purchased.
Personal training or coaching sessions purchased via our webshop are also non-refundable. If you have concerns, please contact us at hello@ashleyvonschulman.com to discuss possible options or clarifications before buying.
5.2 Payment Plans
If payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
